Lane closure on St. Croix was scheduled for April 10-12 for Clifton Hill waterline project

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said a northern eastbound lane near the Clifton Hill entrance off Melvin H. Evans Highway on St. Croix was scheduled to close from April 10 through April 12, 2023, as part of the Clifton Hill Waterline Rehabilitation Project.

The closure was set for 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day, according to the April 3, 2023 notice.

WAPA said flaggers and signage would be present in the work zones and advised motorists to use caution.
