WAPA adjusted customer service office hours in both districts for employee meetings
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on February 14, 2020, that it would adjust hours at customer service offices in both districts during the following week to allow staff to attend employee meetings.
On February 18, 2020, the St. John customer service office at The Marketplace was scheduled to remain closed until 2:30 p.m., and the St. Thomas office at Port of Sale Mall was scheduled to close from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Normal hours were set to resume at both locations on February 19, 2020.
On February 21, 2020, the Sunny Isle customer service office on St. Croix was scheduled to close from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Normal hours were set to resume on February 24, 2020.
