WAPA governing board scheduled monthly meeting for May 28, 2020
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. by Zoom.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider Planning and Economic Development Committee items including the FX Bonnes Underground Project PR-09-20, Frederiksted Rehabilitation Phase 2, East End Substation Project Substation Phase 1 Change Order No. 1, and a proposal to rescind an award for PR-14-20.
The agenda also listed Finance and Audit Committee items involving Sustainable Capital Advisors LLC and an amendment to security services, along with the executive director's report, an executive session on a legal matter, and adjournment.
