The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on Nov. 27, 2023, that its governing board had scheduled a regular meeting for Nov. 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
WAPA said the meeting would be held by videoconference, with a public access location at the Sunny Isles Business Office second-floor conference room on St. Croix.
The published agenda listed call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, a Planning and Economic Development Committee section, the action item "SC-33-20 RHPP Wartsila New Generation Phase," the executive director's report, executive session for legal and personnel matters, and adjournment.
