WAPA adjusted customer service office hours in both districts for employee event
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on February 10, 2020, that it would adjust hours at customer service offices in both districts during the week to allow employees to attend a healthcare, wellness and benefits education event.
On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, the St. John customer service office at The Marketplace was scheduled to operate from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. On St. Thomas, cashier service was scheduled to remain available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the customer service office at Port of Sale Mall was set to open from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Normal hours were scheduled to resume on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
On Thursday, February 13, 2020, at the St. Croix Sunny Isle business office, cashier service was scheduled to remain available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the customer service office was set to open from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Normal hours were scheduled to resume on Friday, February 14, 2020.
