Bryan issues statement on death of Terrence Joseph

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a statement on Dec. 16, 2022, mourning the death of Terrence Joseph, director of the Paternity and Child Support Division at the Virgin Islands Department of Justice.

In the statement, Bryan said Joseph was a dedicated father, public servant and mentor, and offered condolences to Joseph’s family, friends, colleagues and others mourning his death.
