WAPA board meeting was scheduled for Feb. 23, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its regular Governing Board meeting was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023.
WAPA said the meeting would be held by videoconference from the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas and would be open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider two Planning and Economic Development Committee action items: SC-23-20, a no-cost time increase for the Midland Underground Project, and SC-39-21, Change Order No. 3 for archaeological services in Cruz Bay.
The agenda also listed a Finance and Audit Committee action item to amend contract SC-02-21 for BDO, followed by the executive director's report and an executive session for legal matters.
