The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on June 24, 2024, that its governing board was scheduled to meet on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
The meeting was set to be held by video conference in the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas and was open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board was to consider Planning and Economic Development Committee items including SC-10-22 Extension, SC-33-20 Addendum I for a Wärtsilä resolution and time extension, and SC-16-24 involving Exsol Group's LPG deliver project.
The agenda also listed a Finance and Audit Committee action item on an amendment to Contract SC-38-19 for debris removal, along with the executive director's report, election of officers, and an executive session on legal matters.
