St. Croix road closure scheduled for September 6 for Campo Rico waterline project

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said a road closure was scheduled on St. Croix for September 6, 2023, in the Hannah’s Rest area in connection with the Campo Rico Waterline Rehabilitation Project.
WAPA said both lanes of the first block heading south from the intersection of Hannah’s Rest Road, also identified as Emancipation Drive, and Centerline Road would be closed for the day. The authority said flaggers and signage would be on site.
According to the notice, the work was associated with the Campo Rico waterline rehabilitation project.
