Bryan nominated Cindy Richardson to lead V.I. Personnel Division

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. nominated Assistant Labor Commissioner Cindy Richardson on Sept. 3, 2021, to serve as director of the Virgin Islands Division of Personnel.

Richardson had served in the V.I. Department of Labor for 14 years, including 11 years as the department’s director of grants and federal grants manager and as assistant commissioner, according to Government House.

Government House said Richardson held a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from George Mason University.
