WAPA said Richmond pump station repairs on St. Croix were expected by July 14

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on July 12, 2023, that a potable water service interruption that began on St. Croix on July 7 was still ongoing.
WAPA said maintenance crews were working to repair faulty pumps at the Richmond pump station and expected to complete the work by July 14, 2023.
The authority said customers in Grove could experience low water pressure or no water service until the repairs were finished.
