Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. was scheduled to deliver his second State of the Territory address at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, at the Virgin Islands Legislature in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas.

Government House said the address would be broadcast live by WTJX.
