WAPA opened customer poll on outage text alerts

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on December 2, 2022, that it was conducting a customer poll on preferences for the frequency and type of alerts it sends.
The agency said the survey focused on its "Text Outage Alert" system and was intended to gather feedback on informational updates.
WAPA directed customers to an online SurveyMonkey form and said the deadline to participate was December 7, 2022.
