The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at the authority’s Sunny Isle offices on St. Croix.

According to the notice, the agenda included a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, action on the fiscal 2017 audited financial statements, a resolution ratifying an eighth supplemental resolution, and adjournment.
