WAPA website payment portal scheduled to be offline April 12 for maintenance
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its online payment portal was scheduled to be unavailable from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2019, for a maintenance upgrade.
WAPA said online payments could not be processed during that period. The authority said customers could still make payments by phone, at self-service payment kiosks, at FirstBank and Banco Popular branches, or at WAPA customer service centers.
