WAPA said electronic payment options would be unavailable during system maintenance on May 16-17, 2020
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on May 13, 2020, that scheduled maintenance and upgrades to its data operations mainframe would interrupt several electronic payment options over the weekend of May 16-17.
WAPA said the work was scheduled to begin at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, and continue through 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 17.
During that period, the self-service payment kiosks at Petrus Plaza, the payment portal on WAPA's website and the pay-by-phone feature were to be unavailable.
