The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to meet on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in a public meeting held by Zoom.

According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider Planning and Economic Development Committee items including archaeological monitoring for the Feeder 7E Cruz Bay underground project under Change Order II and a two-year lease for Aggreko with an exit option.

Finance and Audit Committee items on the agenda included a cost increase for GIS Project SC-07-23 before contract execution, an extension of First Bank lines of credit, and SC-23-21 Cruz Bay Underground Project Feeder 7E Addendum IV.

The agenda also listed an executive director’s report and an executive session for personnel and legal matters.
