The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on December 21, 2023, that all of its offices would be closed on December 25 for Christmas Day, December 26 for Boxing Day, and January 1, 2024, for New Year’s Day.

WAPA said its St. Croix offices would also close from noon to 5 p.m. on January 3, 2024, for the Crucian Christmas Festival Food, Arts and Crafts Fair, and would remain closed on January 4 for J’Ouvert.

All offices were scheduled to close on January 5, 2024, for the Crucian Christmas Festival Children’s Parade.

The authority said customers could still make payments online, by phone through automatic bill pay, or by drop box at the Port of Sale business center on St. Thomas, the Sunny Isles business office on St. Croix, and Market Place on St. John.
