WAPA governing board meeting was scheduled for April 20, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its regular Governing Board meeting was scheduled for April 20, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
WAPA said the meeting would be held by videoconference from the Al Cohen Conference Room on St. Thomas and would be open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider a no-cost time extension for the Midland Underground Project, an extension of lines of credit with First Bank and Banco Popular, and WAPA property insurance coverage for 2023-2024.
The agenda also listed an executive director’s report and an executive session for legal matters.
