The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on Friday, May 10, 2019, at 10 a.m. at the authority’s administrative offices at Al Cohen’s Mall on St. Thomas.

According to the notice, the meeting was open to the public.

The agenda listed an executive session for legal matters and board consideration of Approval of Change Order 13 with APR Energy, LLC.
