WAPA governing board set monthly meeting for April 29, 2021

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting was to be held via Zoom and was open to the public.

According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider finance and audit action items including a water system third supplemental resolution, property insurance for 2021-2022, and a provisional extension of the maturity date of First Bank lines of credit. A discussion item on windstorm insurance coverage was also listed.

The agenda also included the executive director's report, executive session for legal and personnel matters, and adjournment.
