The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.
According to the notice, the agenda included a call to order and quorum call, approval and adoption of the agenda, and a provisional extension of the authority’s Banco Popular lines of credit and standby letter of credit related to RUS.
The notice said the meeting was open to the public.
