The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said on October 29, 2023, that its governing board had scheduled an emergency meeting for October 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.

The notice said the meeting would be held via Microsoft Teams.

According to the posted agenda, the board planned to call the meeting to order, establish a quorum, approve the agenda, enter executive session for legal matters, and then adjourn.
