Bryan executive order set end of COVID-19 state of emergency for June 30

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued an executive order on June 16, 2022, extending the U.S. Virgin Islands COVID-19 health state of emergency through June 30, 2022, to allow what the administration described as an orderly wind-down of the pandemic emergency.

Government House said all standing clauses of the 35th Supplemental Executive Order, as amended by the 36th through 38th executive orders, would remain in effect during the transition period through June 30.

The announcement said the state of emergency was scheduled to end on June 30, 2022.
