The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its St. John customer service office was scheduled to close at 12 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2023.

The notice also said customers could conduct business online through WAPA's website, use payment drop boxes at business centers, or contact the authority by email at customer.service@viwapa.vi.
