WAPA closed Port of Sale customer service office on St. Thomas on October 26, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its Port of Sale Mall customer service office on St. Thomas closed for the rest of October 26, 2023, because of an emergency at the business office that required repairs.

WAPA said customers could continue to process transactions by phone at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250. The authority also said customers could conduct business online through its website, use payment drop boxes at business centers, or make payments at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
