Government House scheduled Sept. 23 press conference on Tropical Storm Karen

Government House said it would hold a press conference at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2019, at Government House in Christiansted, St. Croix, to provide an update on Tropical Storm Karen and government preparations for potential impact.

The notice said the event would be livestreamed on Government House’s Facebook page and that the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency would issue periodic storm updates through its website, Alerts VI, the Government Access Channel and local radio.
