The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said a section of Bay Street in Cruz Bay, St. John, between Gallows Point Resort and Grande Bay Resort, was scheduled to close to vehicular traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from September 12, 2022, through October 21, 2022.
