WAPA board scheduled emergency teleconference meeting for April 27, 2020

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold an emergency meeting at 12 p.m. on April 27, 2020.

According to the April 26, 2020 notice, the meeting was to be held by teleconference and was open to the public.

The published agenda listed a call to order and quorum call, approval and adoption of the agenda, consideration of a provisional extension of the authority's Banco Popular lines of credit and standby credit facility through RUS, and adjournment.
