Bryan and Roach sworn in for second terms at Emancipation Garden

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. and Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach were sworn in for second terms on January 2, 2023, at Emancipation Garden in Charlotte Amalie.

Virgin Islands Supreme Court Chief Justice Rhys Hodge administered the oaths before noon, as required by law. Bryan and Roach then delivered inaugural addresses.

Government House said inaugural activities were scheduled to continue on January 3, 2023, on St. John and on January 4, 2023, on St. Croix.
