Mapp traveled out of territory April 2-3; Potter served as acting governor

Gov. Kenneth E. Mapp traveled out of the U.S. Virgin Islands from April 2, 2018, through April 3, 2018, to attend the Clinton Global Initiative Action Network on Post-Disaster Recovery in Miami.

During his absence, Lt. Gov. Osbert E. Potter served as acting governor through April 3, 2018.
