The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said it scheduled an electrical service interruption on St. Thomas for December 1, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
WAPA said 552 customers on part of Feeder 9C in the Bovoni-Nadir area were expected to lose service during that period so crews could replace a broken pole.
