St. Thomas and St. John WAPA business offices opened at 10 a.m. on Oct. 5 after district-wide outage

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its St. Thomas and St. John business offices opened at 10 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2023, instead of their regular time because of a district-wide power outage.
WAPA said customers could make payments online through its website, by phone at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250, including automatic bill pay through option 3, or in person at First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
