Power interruptions scheduled in Estate Judith’s Fancy on St. Croix
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said electrical service was scheduled to be interrupted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 6, 2018, and September 7, 2018, for about 28 customers in Estate Judith’s Fancy on St. Croix’s Feeder 6A.
WAPA said the outages were planned to allow its contractor, Haugland Energy, to upgrade existing wiring in the neighborhood. The authority said the work required more than one day to complete.
Motorists traveling through the work area were advised to use caution during the two days of work.
