WAPA governing board scheduled monthly meeting for Jan. 28, 2021

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.

According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider two Finance and Audit Committee action items: an addendum to SC-38-19 with Haugland Energy for removal of waste related to the Category F Hardening Project, and a provisional extension of the authority's Banco Popular lines of credit and standby credit facility through RUS.

The agenda also listed the executive director's report, an executive session for legal matters, and adjournment.
