The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s governing board scheduled a regular meeting for Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
According to the notice published October 23, 2023, the meeting was to be held by videoconference from the Al Cohen Conference Room and was open to the public.
The agenda listed a call to order and quorum, adoption and approval of the agenda, a finance and audit committee action item on an extension of the Borinken diesel supply contract, the executive director’s report, an executive session for legal matters, and adjournment.
