Bryan scheduled to deliver third State of the Territory address on Jan. 25

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. was scheduled to deliver his third State of the Territory address on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, at the Earl B. Ottley Legislative Hall in Charlotte Amalie, according to a Government House announcement published Jan. 23, 2021.

Attendance was limited to members of the 34th Legislature, the governor, and a small number of Cabinet members and senior staff, the announcement said. Government House said the limits were intended to comply with the territory's COVID-19 guidelines.
