Bryan issued statement on Todman nomination for deputy HUD secretary

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a statement on March 24, 2021, congratulating Virgin Islander Adrianne Todman after the White House announced that President Joe Biden intended to nominate her to serve as deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Government House said Todman was chief executive officer of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials at the time of the nomination. It said she previously served as executive director of the District of Columbia Housing Authority and earlier worked as legislative director in then-Del. Ron de Lugo’s office.

In his statement, Bryan said his administration looked forward to working with Todman and her staff on housing issues affecting the territory.
