Bryan issues condolence statement on death of Eugene "Genix" Thomas

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a statement on September 23, 2020, extending condolences to the family and friends of Eugene "Genix" Thomas.

In the statement, Bryan described Thomas as a sports figure, coach and mentor to St. Croix youth, saying he helped develop athletes and guided young men and women through hard work and discipline.

Bryan also extended condolences to Thomas' family, friends, and the Frederiksted and wider Virgin Islands community mourning his death.
