WAPA closed Port of Sale customer service offices early on Oct. 26, 2022

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its customer service offices at Port of Sale Mall on St. Thomas closed early on Oct. 26, 2022, because of unforeseen circumstances affecting the authority's facilities.
WAPA said customers could continue to handle transactions by phone at 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250. The authority also directed customers to its website for online bill payment and other transactions.
The notice said other payment options included branches of FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix. WAPA said it expected to reopen the Port of Sale offices on Oct. 27, 2022.
