WAPA announced July 22 road closure in Estate Golden Rock on St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said a road closure was scheduled on St. Croix for July 22, 2023, beginning at 7 a.m. and lasting for the day.
The closure affected motorists traveling on Erik Lawaetz Drive and Euclyn "Pede" Prentice Jr. Drive at the intersection of Breeze Way, also known as Kennedy Road, according to the notice.
WAPA said the traffic diversion was needed so water system maintenance crews could complete a water line installation in Estate Golden Rock.
