The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said a scheduled electrical service interruption was planned on St. Thomas for September 2, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The outage was expected to affect Feeders 7E and 9E. WAPA said the interruption was scheduled so personnel could enter a manhole to troubleshoot a transmission line.
