USVI confirmed first case of COVID-19 on March 14, 2020

The Virgin Islands government announced on March 14, 2020, that the Department of Health had confirmed the first case of COVID-19 in the territory.

Government House said Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. and Health Commissioner Justa Encarnacion addressed the territory in an embedded video accompanying the announcement.
