WAPA governing board scheduled May 26, 2022 meeting
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on May 26, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom. The meeting was listed as open to the public.
According to the published agenda, the board was set to consider a Planning and Economic Development Committee action item on Change Order No. 1 for demolition of Tank 10 as part of the Randolph Harley Power Plant expansion project.
The agenda also listed a Finance and Audit Committee action item involving an alternative-fueled vehicle grant from the U.S. Department of the Interior, and a discussion item on the fiscal year 2020 audit update.
An executive director's report was also scheduled to include legal matters.
