WAPA scheduled online payment system maintenance for June 2-5, 2023

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its online payment platform would be unavailable from 4 p.m. on June 2, 2023, through 8 a.m. on June 5, 2023, for scheduled system maintenance.

WAPA said it would not perform disconnections related to unpaid bills while the online payment system was unavailable. The authority said disconnections would resume on June 6, 2023.

During the outage, customers could place a check or money order in drop boxes at customer service offices or make payments at FirstBank, Banco Popular or Bank of St. Croix locations. WAPA said electronic payments would not be accepted through its website or at customer service locations during the maintenance period.
