WAPA board scheduled monthly meeting for February 25

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on February 25, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.

According to the notice published on February 22, 2021, the agenda included an executive session on legal matters, planning and economic development committee items, finance and audit committee items, the executive director’s report, and adjournment.

Items listed for action included amendments to contracts SC-47-15 and SC-48-15 with Arcadis Inc., a contract time extension for SC-07-21 with Haugland Energy VI, authorization for the executive director to negotiate a lease agreement with Ortalis Industries LLC for authority-owned property at Public Port Site Rem 3 South Shore on St. Croix, and approval of the fiscal year 2021 electric system capital budget.
