The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s governing board scheduled an emergency meeting for Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., according to a notice published Oct. 7, 2020.

The notice said the meeting would be held via Zoom and would be open to the public.

Items listed on the agenda included legal matters in executive session, action on composite poles for St. Thomas and St. John, another interim extension of the maturity date of the 2018B BANs, and approval of the authority’s tenth and eleventh supplemental resolutions.
