WAPA governing board set May 23 meeting on St. Thomas
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said its governing board was scheduled to hold its monthly meeting on May 23, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. at WAPA’s administrative office in Al Cohen’s Mall on St. Thomas.
According to the notice, the meeting was open to the public.
The agenda included planning and economic development committee action items on a contract extension approval for SC-07-CDR Maguire and Arcadis St. Thomas stack testing.
Finance and audit committee action items included a property lease for warehousing, ratification of an extension of the general liability insurance policy, a request for an extension and cost increase for a contract with Intelligent Security, and an extension and cost increase for a contract with Comprehensive Security.
The notice also listed the executive director’s report and an executive session for legal matters.
