Bryan issued Memorial Day statement honoring fallen service members

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. issued a Memorial Day statement on May 26, 2024, honoring U.S. service members who died in military service.

In the statement, Bryan said Virgin Islanders joined others across the country in remembering "the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our freedoms."

He also recognized the families of the fallen and said Virgin Islanders who have served in the U.S. armed forces were a source of pride for the territory.
