Education commissioner scheduled as first guest for second season of Government House's "Press Box

Government House said on February 10, 2021, that Education Commissioner Racquel Berry-Benjamin would be the first guest when its livestream program "Press Box" returned for a second season at 5:30 p.m. on February 11, 2021.

According to the announcement, Berry-Benjamin was expected to discuss the Education Department's return to in-classroom instruction for pre-K through third-grade students, special education students and career and technical school students.

Government House said the program would stream every other Thursday on its Facebook page and that viewers could submit questions through the page's comments section.

The announcement also said Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. and Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach had appeared in a special hourlong edition of the program on January 28, 2021.
